Deposit
We require a 20% deposit to hold private charter dates and $50 deposit for all open boat seats to be reserved. 

No Illegal Drugs or Marijuana
Absolutely no illegal drugs or marijuana, or medical marajuana allowed onboard. Anyone that is found in possession of such items will force immediate return to dock and notification of the United States Coast Guard. 

Damage to Vessel or Equipment 
Any person carelessly damaging the vessel or gear will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.

Alcohol 
No hard liquor. Beer is allowed in moderation in CANS ONLY

Cancellation 
Trips canceled within seven days will result in deposit forfeiture. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in deposit forfeiture and payment of the balance of the fare before being allowed to reserve again.

Weather
It is at the sole discretion of the captain whether or not the boat will sail based on the latest weather forecasts. If weather doesn’t permit sailing, the deposit will be forwarded to the next agreeable date or refunded.
